Clients may request project cancellation by contacting us in writing.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled as follows:

Before Project Commencement

If work has not started, a refund may be considered after deducting any applicable administrative charges.

After Project Commencement

Once work has begun, payments made are generally non-refundable as time, resources, and effort have already been allocated.

Completed Projects

No refunds will be issued after project completion and delivery.

Monthly Services

For SEO, digital marketing, social media management, and advertising services, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BoostHiveDigital.
